Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY) in the NAVY RECRUITING DISTRICT of NAV RECRUITING DISTRICT LOS ANGELES. Responsibilities You will schedule, administer, score and transmit the officer test to the appropriate command applicants. You will draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents for signature. You will schedule exams and appointments to include: processing, physicals, interviews, testing, enlistments, and commissioning’s. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain personnel service records; 2) Researching information in records and databases in order to respond to inquiries regarding human resources issues; 3) Utilizing automated systems to create and maintain records.
