The Engineering Assistant will provide administrative services and customer service in the Document Control Center. Duties may include the following:
Update and maintain the Work Document and Deficiency databases.
Provide administrative follow of work documents and deficiency reports.
Provide administrative services such as filing, updating, routing, scanning, and archiving completed work documents and deficiency reports.
Generate, maintain, and support work documents used by Operations personnel.
Administrative support to the Engineering Resource Center as requested.
Deliver work documents to personnel in other buildings.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of computers and software.
Customer service oriented.
High level of attention to detail.
Good administrative skills.
Good typing/keyboard skills
Must be able to properly handle classified documents.
Must be able to work shift work.
Must be able to get along well with co-workers in a small open office work space.
