As the Integrated Marketing Manager, you will report to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to build expertise across all paid media channels and cross-functional marketing strategy. You thrive in a dynamic work environment and you enjoy having a wide scope of work to make an impact.
What you’ll do:
Strategy and Execution
Understand and represent company and business growth objectives to formulate marketing strategies. Lend a strong and enthusiastic voice to the future growth of the company.
Work with the team to distill those strategies into comprehensive briefs for internal and external teams to build measurable media plans that are routed in data and analytics.
Support all acquisitions and remarketing through performance channels, including but not limited to SEM, Paid Social, Display, Direct Mail, OLV/OTT, and Influencers.
Understand campaign and platform tracking requirements, and ensure proper tag management and implementation. Work closely with Product Managers and Data and Analytics teams to identify and communicate needs for additional data visibility and integration via tags and other tools.
Analyze and make recommendations on budgets and platform mix to achieve volume and efficiency goals.
Drive growth through new targeting and bidding improvements, leveraging data to find new profitable segments, and testing into new platforms, channels, and ad units.
Work closely with our agency partners to best utilize their expertise and resources.
Leverage internal and external creative and content resources to both drive results and communicate the Earnest brand effectively across all platforms and products.
Reporting and Analysis
Develop test plans to help us optimize targeting, bidding, budgeting, and creative strategies.
Develop metrics to help the business understand the unit economics of different digital spend options and manage budgets to maximize profit.
Collaborate with our data, product, and engineering teams to ensure quality, accessibility, and consistency of digital marketing data for analytics, attribution, and reporting.
Approach tests and recommendations with an Analytics-first mindset; will this be measurable? Will it be trackable? What would a good/bad/neutral result look like?
Preferred Qualifications:
BS/MS in marketing/advertising, economics, psychology, business, or equivalent experience
5+ years of work experience in media at an agency or high-growth company
Experience with web analytics/execution including Google Analytics, DCM
Experience with end to end campaign processes, including strategic planning, setting media mix, KPI optimization and reporting outcomes all channel types
Working understanding of analytics mappings, UTM parameters, and attribution logic
Experience with the following tools is a plus: Segment.io, Amplitude, Looker, Tableau
Must be highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
