POSITION OVERVIEW:
We have several openings for our Remote Customer Service Representative positions. Our Customer Service Reps have excellent communication skills, effective telephone techniques and the ability to be direct and concise while always maintaining a professional manner. They display high levels of initiative, motivation, and creativity to devise methods of attaining productivity standards and show persistence and perseverance when faced with obstacles.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls relating to customer questions surrounding parking citations and toll violations for various clients
Perform numerous account management activities such as accepting payments from customers, initiating disputes/inquiries/requests on behalf of the customer, resolving issues, and providing billing and other information to customers upon request
Maintain continuing education training in industry career development
Attend training sessions as directed by management
Integrate information obtained through training sessions and policy changes immediately into daily job duties
SCHEDULE + BENEFITS:
We offer $14.00 hour + BONUS and a full benefits package.
(Qualified Bilingual Agents fluent in Spanish/English earn an additional $1 per hour after paid training.)

3 weeks of paid training

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/ GED/ equivalent
6 months call center experience OR 1 year experience in customer service
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual (Spanish/ English)
Previous Parking/Tolling Experience
Strong work ethic (example: attendance, dependability, etc.)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Excellent customer service skills
