Our software engineer plays a crucial role in developing, testing, and maintaining web-based applications that collect and present data to users. Primary support of this role is servicing and collection operation units but our engineers may also support any/ all areas within the company. You will collaborate with IT, reporting, and strategy teams to understand data from various systems to be integrated with applications and be provided opportunities to work independently to define business requirements and determine the best possible solution.

Development/Analysis

• Design, code, debug, test, document and maintain applications software based on established technical design.
• Write test plans and perform test runs.
• Research and resolve production problems.

Reporting/Analysis

• Analyze, format, and present data to business users.

Project/Release Activities

• Attend project/release meetings to learn and understand process.

Minimum Requirements

Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree- Computer Science, Computer Technology or related area (Additional equivalent education above the required minimum may substitute).
• 0-1 year software application development experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and analytical ability.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
