OVERVIEW

The Production Manager will lead the technical direction, supervision and control of all the production work processes from the brief to the final delivery of campaigns and creative assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the Production and Post Production Director, he/she will oversee the production and post production processes.

• Manage the request and processing of the necessary material for the production of creative campaigns and promotional assets.

• Maintain constant communication and follow-up with creative leaders to ensure the timely implementation and rotation times of the campaigns.

• Assess project and resource requirements.

• Estimate, negotiate and agree on budgets and deadlines with internal and external resources to ensure production goals. Re-negotiation timescales or schedules as necessary.

• Maintain constant communication and follow-up with planning to ensure the timely implementation and rotation times of the campaigns.

• Clearly communicate project status, timelines, deliverables, goals, and expectations to internal team and other departments on a regular basis.

• Maintain communication with Operations and Playouts to monitor the processes and air of the channels.

• Ensure quality control standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
  
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in broadcast production.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing internal production teams and external vendors.
  
• Project management skills.
