Salary Grade: GN06 / Salary Range: $31,200 – $48,058
This position will provide office support to the Division Maintenance Engineer and others as directed. Duties include, but are not limited to, composing letters, typing, compiling and maintaining records, forms and reports, maintaining Division office filing, computer applications, public contact, scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and conferences and performing other related duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies
Qualified applicants must submit an application that clearly reflects work experience that demonstrates the following:
Customer service experience, including resolving customer issues
Experience with Microsoft Office using programs such as Access, Word, and Excel
Experience completing and/or maintaining records and reports
Experience interpreting and/or explaining policies, procedures, and laws
Experience with letter writing, using correct spelling, punctuation and proofreading
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) diploma and two years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
