Job duties will include but not limited to:
Dispatch technicians to various jobs and work sites; providing them with all relevant details concerning service to be provided according to priority;
Provide customer support by addressing any questions, problems, or requests for service;
Record and maintain files & records of customer service requests, work or services performed, charges, reports and other dispatch information;
Prepare weekly/monthly schedules for technicians;
Process quotes received by sales representatives;
If necessary make accommodation arrangements for technicians (i.e. booking flights/hotels);
Organize, maintain and coordinate office records and files in their proper locations;
Other projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Superior organizational and time management skills.
Proficient with computers, including MS Office Suite, internet and email.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and follow up skills.
Ability to work in a high stress / high demand environment.
Strong analytical competencies for planning and scheduling.
Accountability & Adaptability.
Ability to work well with cross functional teams.
