NDZ Performance Hiring for Ecommerce Data Entry – Sports Shooting Brand Job at Wallingford, CT Full Time

NDZ Performance is a leading manufacturer of aftermarket firearms and shooting industry accessories. And we’re expanding! We are looking for a entry level or seasoned data entry professional that is flexible, resourceful, and open to growing their skill sets.

Founded in 2008, NDZ Performance is a direct-to-consumer company (we sell our products directly to shoppers). Today, we own and operate a robust machine shop (American-made!) as well as multiple e-commerce marketplaces. NDZ currently sells/ vends on our retail site (Big Commerce), Amazon, Etsy, and eBay.

The Data Entry Specialist/ Manager will be responsible for updating and listing net new products to our growing product catalog. You will work closely with the Director of Digital Operations to define strategy, list new products, create new content, and resolve any data entry issues. (We will train qualified applicants on the platform you will be using, but Excel, reporting and some analytics experience is a must).

You will also work closely with Marketing, Graphics, Photo Department, Warehouse and Customer Experience teams to understand evolving business needs, document systematic processes, and identify solutions for recurring issues.

This position is on-site 40hrs a week M-F

Data Entry Responsibilities:

• Optimize, manage, and create new product listings
• Generate product descriptions and marketing copy
• Create and develop Ebay promotional strategy and work with other team members to develop / manage Ebay PPC campaigns
• Create and track budget for paid media
• Inventory administration (in conjunction with purchasing dept and warehouse dept)
• Working with Customer Service teams to address reviews and product issues / adjust product listings accordingly
• Creating and maintaining FAQ / Knowledge database
• Adding SEO keywords (in conjunction w/ Marketing Dept) and SEO initiatives to optimize product listings
• Develop upsell and cross-promotions (“related product” strategies)
• Track sales and eCommerce metrics for monthly and quarterly reporting (will train)
• Monitor and report on eCommerce and websites’ performance and analytics (store traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs / metrics beyond just revenue)
• Maintain company documents for product catalog excel files (excel experience is a must here. Things like countif, vlook up, index match, filters, etc)
• Learn basic HTML to generate product descriptions (templates will be available)

Analytics:

• Helping to develop inventory reorder suggestions for warehouse/purchasing dept
• Work with marketing dept to understand competitors
• Develop competitor analysis reports as needed (will train)

Other considerations:

• Big plus if you have experience with Amazon and other eCommerce marketplaces
• Big plus if you have experience with HTML / SQL / Python / etc (not required though)
• Big plus if you have experience with firearms and firearms accessories

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
