We are looking for a Receptionist & Reservation Specialist to share our passion for the guest experience in the Luxury Vacation Rental Market. *Neighbors Luxury Reservation Sales Agent Overview* * *Make sure all websites and booking platforms are up to date and accurate* * *Develop a full working knowledge of our luxury homes and their amenities* * *Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.* * *Must be able to understand LiveRez and Breezeway Software & CRM.* * *Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by guests.* * *Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.* * *Develop a complete knowledge of company sales policies and SOP’s, and ensure knowledge of and adherence to those policies* * *Meet or exceed set goals.* * *Initiate and follow up on leads.* * *Monitor and evaluate trends within our market.* * *Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.* * *Perform other duties as requested by management* * *Schedule and lead Property Photoshoot* * *Input Property information into our system* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: * Bonus pay License/Certification: * Driver’s License (Required) Work Location: One location
