Who we’re looking for…

• Passionate about delivering amazing customer service
• Ability to operate well under pressure and within a target-driven team
• Excellent communicator and listener
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Knowledge and experience of Financial Services is desirable but not essential!

Responsibilities…

• Deliver outstanding service to our customers – assisting with their enquiries and requests
• Support our customer in making changes to their policy to suit their need
• Drive Service improvement by identifying trends and supporting the necessary changes
• Handle objections confidently, addressing any concerns through exceptional product knowledge

Starting Salary $45,000
