About the company and role:
Energyworks is a locally owned and operated engineering company specialising in the fabrication, testing and installation of pressure piping and equipment, pipeline construction and mechanical maintenance in the primary industrial sector. They are well established, have an excellent reputation in the engineering sector and are innovative in their solutions they provide to their clientele.
Energyworks is currently involved in some exciting projects within the energy and renewables sectors and wish to enhance the service delivery proposition to a range of well-established industrial sector clients. As such, they are looking to build project delivery capacity within their New Plymouth team.
What will you bring to the role:
As well as having a proven track record in engineering project management (and ideally locally within Taranaki), you will have strong leadership skills and the ability and drive to further grow within your role and company.
Other key criteria required in this position will include:
Your ability to deal with pressure, your high-level problem solving and communication skills are all major competencies required in this role. You must have the ability to interact successfully with both internal and external parties at all levels and have excellent report writing skills.
You will also need an engineering degree behind you or have full relevant engineering experience.
