Nesco Resource, LLC Hiring for Corrugated Customer Service at Washington, PA Full Time

Nesco Resource is hiring a corrugated customer service representative in Washington PA. This is an office role Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30pm.

Duties:

• Customers point of contact for estimating, order receipt/entry, through delivery of products.
• Internal point of contact between sales and operations teams.
• Build accurate estimates to process requests for quotes from sales team, customers, or upper management.
• Sales order/data entry.
• Deliver and process all phone, email, faxes, website, and mailed customer orders.
• Verify inventoried product availability and pricing.
• Review all orders for accuracy with strong attention to detail.
• Resolve customer issues and process returns for credits as necessary.
• Work with shipping department to obtain proof of delivery when necessary.
• Obtain quotes for outsourced iitems to ensure updated pricing.
• Expedite deliveries as needed by working with vendors, operations, shipping, and buyers.
• Review open orders weekly to maintain orders and notify primary account executive.
• Assist primary customer service representative when necessary.

Requirements:

• Ability to understand the customer and their needs.
• Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 – 4 years prior business to business customer service experience.
• Ability to embrace continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
