Ness Auto Sales and Service has an immediate opening for a office manager. We’re a independent auto dealership that provides sales and auto repair services. If you like to be challenged and perform a variety of tasks on a daily basis this is the position for you. We’re seeking a self motivated and driven person to assist in growing the company.

Duties Include:

• Overseeing the office operation .
• Daily financial reconciliation.
• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable.
• Human Resources
• Monitor and enforce policies and procedures.
• Marketing
• Website Management
• Working with the management to make the company more efficient. analyzing bills to ensure the company is spending wisely.
• Assist accountants in creating monthly financial statements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
