S/He is responsible for leading and driving discovery through to design with the Assembly Team of IT and/or Business resources to then build the Business Case with comprehensive budget planning for final submission and approval./pp /ppS/He is responsible to structure the program/project, plan, budget, execute, monitor, control and close it, ensuring quality and integrity of the information across the enterprise; takes accountability for ensuring execution of sub-projects/activities to the delilvered outcome. As part of this, is responsible to manage program/project level risks, quality and procurement; leads the program/project team and is the person that program/project level resources report directly to for the execution of the program/project tasks they are allocated./pp /ppbKey Responsibilities:/b/pp- The discovery process of the initiative has been completed to the alignment with IT and/or Business sponsors. br- Program/Project structure established, defining projects, implementing agile project methodologies as appropriate br- Program/Project governance established, sponsors committed br- Management of the interdependencies between projects/activities in scope of the program/project br- Direct or approve the use of professional service providers/external suppliers and determines their role across the program according to IT sourcing strategy br- Milestones based program/project plan established, delivered through incremental releases / achievements.
