We are excited to offer a full-time, permanent opportunity for an Assistant Brand & Shopper Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team in Parnell, Auckland. In this role, you will be part of the team who manages our very exciting Breakfast portfolio, which includes iconic brands like MILO, Nesquik Hot Chocolate and Nestlé Cereals like Uncle Toby’s & Cheerios.

The focus of this role is to assist with the development of a 3-year brand strategy whilst monitoring the portfolio’s expenditure program. You will manage the development, field communication and execution of channel specific promotional activations and point of purchase solutions that engage the shopper for the assigned portfolio as well as assisting with managing our wider eBusiness (Digital & eCommerce) activations. This role will also support our eBusiness Manager with the implementation of the eBusiness strategy and optimize search, our digital shelf, and digital marketing campaigns.

A Day in the Life…

• Implement agreed plans aligned with brand essence, vision, and manifesto
• Support the implementation of the Product Innovation & Renovation Plan
• Collaborate with Brand & Category Managers to define and publish a clear vision of in-store excellence
• Manage the design, promotions, point-of-sale, and Nestlé-approved materials
• Oversee the creation, sourcing, efficient storage, and distribution of key premiums, point-of-purchase, and printed materials
• In collaboration with Category Managers and the Marketing team, develop sales tools for delivering the commercial plan (e.g., trade presenters, trade samples, presentation kits)
• Manage all administration, purchase orders, and audit requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and principles
• Drive the MILO Fantails partnership with NZ Football
• Support best in class eContent through the optimisation of Nestlé’s digital shelf
• Manage brand websites by collaborating with the rest of the Brand Teams on optimising their websites for SEO and support with on-going maintenance

What Will Make You Successful:

• Degree qualified (Commerce / Business / Marketing) with exposure to FMCG Sales and/or Marketing, with 2+ years of work experience
• Experience in cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and strong project management skills are essential, with a level of digital experience highly regarded and an appetite for continuous learning
• Your innovative approach and ability to collaborate on multiple projects will be key to your success in this role
