We currently have an amazing opportunity for a Department assistant lead role in our Global Talent Operations Center (GTOC), our location strategy to deliver scaled services and consistent employee experience. This exciting new role is based in our Mexico City, Terminal 1 office.
This role will lead our team in executing day-to-day operations with efficiency and effectiveness. You’ll spearhead the seamless delivery of administrative support services, maximizing productivity and effectiveness for our stakeholders and the administrative community at Netflix. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in coordinating requests, managing daily operations, and providing guidance to a team of dedicated Department Assistants. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving productivity, addressing challenges, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
As a DA Team lead, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, including executives, HR, and other departments, to ensure the needs of our organization are met. Your demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize tasks, communicate with clarity and professionalism, and navigate complex situations with grace and confidence, combined with being a proactive problem solver and demonstrating a passion for driving results, will be key in shaping the team’s success.
