Job Title: Salesforce Specialist

Netwatch Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Salesforce Specialist for a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, managing the Salesforce.com database, and will provide training and support to users. Additionally, the Salesforce Specialist will provide administrative support to the sales team and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports. The Salesforce Specialist will provide support through the customisation and configuration of the Salesforce platform. They will be a key member of the Group Data Steering committee.

As Salesforce Specialist, you will work cross-functionally with several departments across the Irish, UK, and US market, with the primary objective of enabling Netwatch Group leadership to make effective and strategic decisions based on real time, accurate, Salesforce information.

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding, implementation, and management of Salesforce.com across Netwatch Group
• Defining required Data Structure & Fields in Salesforce.com
• Ability to create Dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau CRM
• Mange profiles and roles
• Running training webinars, ensuring data consistency, and facilitate ongoing system training
• Establishment and maintenance of Sales Team Weekly Reporting Calendar
• Understanding and mapping sales on Workflow
• Communication of sales validation rules
• Troubleshooting sales team issues with Saleforce.com
• Run weekly one-to-ones with sales representatives
• Become Salesforce champion for the Group
• Generate weekly reports, and bespoke reports, and provide monthly packs for the Management team
• Troubleshoot system issues for the Sales Department
• Run monthly Sales and Finance meetings to bridge data from Salesforce.com to P&L, and forecast P&L
• Driving the weekly reporting of Sales Teams to ensure process is kept in order
• Validating Saleforce.com output with the finance department to ensure accuracy of sales data
• Ongoing development, adoption, compliance, and improvement on Sales Processes

Requirements:

• Salesforce certification preferred (ADM 201 & ADM 211 certification)
• 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role
• Knowledge of Tableau CRM (distinct advantage)
• Exposure to MuleSoft and Pardot (advantageous)
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent planning and analytical skills
• Enjoys collaborating with others, willingness to question the validity and accuracy of data
• Comfortable with ambiguity, with an ability to problem-solve
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
