Job Title: Salesforce Specialist

Netwatch Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Salesforce Specialist for a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, managing the Salesforce.com database, and will provide training and support to users. Additionally, the Salesforce Specialist will provide administrative support to the sales team and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports. The Salesforce Specialist will provide support through the customisation and configuration of the Salesforce platform. They will be a key member of the Group Data Steering committee.
As Salesforce Specialist, you will work cross-functionally with several departments across the Irish, UK, and US market, with the primary objective of enabling Netwatch Group leadership to make effective and strategic decisions based on real time, accurate, Salesforce information.
