Job Description:
- Proactively manage a wide range of administrative duties and processes.
- Maintain document control process for efficient management and record all documentation in accordance with Company’s Management System.
- Provide general assistance for presentations, workshops or meetings. Take notes if required.
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Deal with incoming email, post or other correspondence as required.
- Create and maintain office systems including data management and electronic filing.
