Job Description :
- Maintain a full set of accounts, general ledger, accounts receivable/payable,
- Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Fixed Assets, Journal schedule
- Bank Reconciliation, Analyze expense trends and establish expense accurals where appropriate
- Submit monthly management reports
- Process purchase order and invoices, expense claims
- Complete and file Company GST Returns
- Liaise and attend to external auditors on year end audit matters
- Liaise with Company secretary on statutory corporate requirements
- Cash Management etc
- Generate monthly salary
- i-submit auto-inclusion scheme for employment income IRAS
- Monthly submit CPF/FWL/SDF Contributions
- Prepare yearly IRA8A for all employees
- File IR21 form for resign employee on tax clearance
- Calculate annual leave/medical leave balance and computation for resign employee etc.
- Familiar with MYOB System.
- Immediate start work.
