JOB OVERVIEW
Working under the direction of the Mail and Money Movement manager, the Representative will work to achieve the goals of processing the basic work in the incoming mail opening and sorting mail, batching documents for electronic imaging (scanning), indexing (electronic filing to associate policy), secure shredding of work, and processing of outgoing UPS and USPS.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Mailroom Clerk: 1 year (Preferred)
- mail opening and sorting mail: 1 year (Preferred)
- batching documents for electronic imaging (scanning): 1 year (Preferred)
- indexing (electronic filing to associate policy): 1 year (Preferred)
