New Zealand Blood Service Looking for Process Improvement Lead at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

This is an exciting new role at NZBS and an opportunity to be part of a team building a Project Management Office from the ground up. By leading the implementation of our process improvement framework and collaborating with others to build capability you will enable teams to identify and deliver complex process improvement initiatives that will positively impact on performance and consumer outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will have a Lean Six Sigma certification and a minimum of 5 years experience in continuous improvement roles, implementing complex initiatives at team and organisational level. You will have proven experience providing coaching and guidance to senior leaders, SMEs, teams and colleagues preferably within health, pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments.

It doesn’t happen very often that we get to offer the opportunity to build something like our Project Management Office (PMO). This is exciting and brand new for us.
