In the role of librarian, you will use a strengths-based approach that embraces manaakitanga and whanaungatanga as you support the reading, literacy and educational development of each Tāne.

You will be required to work effectively in a custodial environment – leading by example and maintaining professional boundaries. By interacting closely with the men in our care along with internal and external stakeholders, you will collaboratively share information and ensure beneficial outcomes are achieved. The salary range for this role is $60,811 – $65,601 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
