We are currently seeking highly motivated, customer driven & experienced administrator, to join our friendly and supportive Bookings Teams, which continually strives for excellence at North Shore Hospital.
The purpose of this role is pivotal to the co-ordination of the patient’s journey to ensure that the patient receives timely appointments within the appropriate medical service. The roles involves planning and booking of appointments for new and follow up appointments, efficiently and effectively to ensure optimal utilisation of the service provided to the public within the Waitemata DHB region.

As the first point of contact for our patients, it is essential that you have a good command of the English language (both written and verbal) and promote a professional image whilst constantly striving to provide excellent customer service to all those within our community.
Your empathetic nature, coupled with your desire to help those around you, will quickly see you succeed in this role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is willing to go the extra mile.

- Knowledge of hospital information systems would be an advantageous but not essential (however Training will be provided to the successful candidate)
