You may be an experienced PA who has always wanted to work in health or you may be someone with less experience but have been told that you have what it takes to succeed in a busy Personal Assistant role.

Te Pūriri o Te Ora – Auckland’s Regional Cancer and Blood Service based at Auckland City Hospital is the leading provider of cancer care in the Auckland region, serving a large and varied population of around 1.7 million people. The Auckland City Hospital Radiation Oncology Department is the largest single site department in Australasia. Now is the time to join a modern and busy department with around 3500 new patients per year.
In this full time role you will be responsible for providing high level PA support ensuring the leadership team are able to work efficiently and effectively and meet all strategic objectives. You will provide secretarial, administrative and managerial assistance to ensure a customer focussed service delivery and to meet the day-to-day operating needs of the office.

Sound MS Office skills (2003, 2007 and 2010) including, advanced Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
Typing speed of minimum 60 wpm
Agenda preparation and minute taking experience at Board level
Shorthand would be an advantage
High level of personal and professional integrity and can be relied on to maintain the strictest confidentiality.
