As a trusted advisor to the business, you’ll provide guidance and support in all aspects of HR, such as change management, engagement, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and remuneration. With a minimum of 2 years generalist HR experience, you’ll possess a robust understanding of employment legislation and solid knowledge of HR best practices.
In this role you’ll have an opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the business requirements, and challenges faced within your portfolio both operationally and strategically. You will display strong relationship management skills, be a highly effective communicator and bring practical problem-solving, and good judgement and decision-making skills to your day-to-day interactions.
You’ll love connecting with people and inspired by adding value with everything you do. You’ll be confident, calm and credible, comfortable building relationships with a range of leaders, both in person and remotely, while understanding how a connected and collaborative team can ensure our business successfully grows and thrives.
