NZME is looking for a qualified Multimedia Journalist based in Rotorua as part of its Bay of Plenty operation, to find great stories and write clean, relentlessly interesting news copy.

Our reporters produce high-quality journalism and content that helps make NZME a leading publisher of digital & print publications and of radio programming. Our print publications are read by millions of Kiwis every week!

You’ll be curious, digitally focused and able to work as part of a great team. A journalism or relevant qualification is essential, and you’ll and be committed to delivering high-impact, authentic news for our audiences.

Other attributes and talents will include a dogged pursuit of the truth, and high-quality research and writing skills. A positive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills are also a must.
