Van Driver/Storeperson

Napier – Permanent Part- Time (15 hours per week).

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team. As a Van Driver/Storeperson, you’ll manage weekly collections, deliveries, and stock and support daily store operations, staff supervision, and customer service. Join us to make a real impact on our operations and customer experience!

In This Role You Will

Collect all donated goods and deliver them to shops, adhering to the guidelines on quality.

• Provide great customer service.
• Promoting/driving sales.
• Shop presentation/displays.
• Assist with maintenance of stock levels this includes liaising with the shop Manager or Delivery Scheduler, for the timely delivery of stock.
• Check the vehicle you are driving is compliant and road worthy.
• Keeping NZRC informed of any issues promptly.
• Following NZRC heath safety and wellbeing guidelines.
• Assist with work in the shops as required.

Who are we looking for? – Mā‎ wai te mahi nei?

• Hold a full, clean New Zealand driver’s license.
• Experience working with volunteers.
• Able to assist with social media marketing.
• Experience with driving: a background in driving as a courier.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Are able to mix and work with a wide range of people.
• Self-motivation and a positive and friendly approach.
