At New Zealand Rugby Commercial, we’re passionate about rugby and are dedicated to engaging fans through our digital channels. We are on the lookout for a friendly and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our Auckland team and help to achieve these goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing end-user support for laptops, Macs, and other devices to all NZ Rugby employees. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability and security of our end-user devices. Additionally, you will provide general support both in and out of the office, support wider operations teams, and assist with other duties as required.
You will join our wider Technology team in an exciting organisation. If you are looking to join a place where everyone knows each other and no two days are the same, this is the role for you!
About You
Our ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem solver with a strong background in desktop support, who is well-versed in both Microsoft and Apple products. You are an excellent communicator, who is highly organised, and can think on your feet, all while providing great friendly service. With a tertiary qualification in information systems or equivalent experience, you are passionate about providing exceptional IT support and contributing to the success of NZRC.
