New Zealand School of Tourism Looking for Receptionist/Administrator at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

In this role, you will be the friendly face of our lovely campus – delivering excellent customer service and ensuring all student enrolments are processed accurately, whilst meeting all legal requirements and providing the highest level of professional customer service to all visitors/customers.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Ensure our customers/visitors in person and over the phone are greeted in a welcoming, positive manner and are assisted with any queries regarding the campus or courses.
• Manage general reception duties in a timely manner to support the needs of the campus
• Process all student enrolment paperwork accurately, adhering to compliance requirements including TEC rules, Code of Practice, company policies
• Collect & manage student fees efficiently within one month of course start dates
• Support campus manager and staff with general administration tasks to a high standard with confidentiality being maintained

You bring positive energy to your workplace and role, and you enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life. In addition to this, some of the other skills and experience you have may include:

• Experience in a customer service or administrator role
• Experience working in education sector advantageous
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Excellent phone manner, strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
• Improving and implementing simple daily processes
• Passion for helping people
