New Zealand Window Shades Ltd Looking for Customer Care Coordinator at East Tamaki, Auckland Full Time

New Zealand Window Shades is the NZ market leader in custom made interior and exterior window coverings and exterior shade. Our brands are channels are Luxaflex and Weathermaster. We are seeking a motivated Team player to join us in coordinating nationwide service calls from our Head Office in East Tamaki, Auckland. You will be customer focused with a right first time mindset and drive to go the extra mile for our customers and support team success. 

This role is responsible for the management of activities relating to installations and liaising with end consumers, installation contractors and retailers.  

About the role

Your key accountabilities will include:

• Scheduling and coordinating subcontractors to service nationwide jobs.
• Logging service calls and receipting supplier invoices.
• Managing inbound and outbound phone queries relating to warranty and service calls.
• Investigating quality issues and processing parts related to service calls and warranty claims.
• Communicating with customers in relation to product queries, complaints and resolving escalated issues appropriately

Key Skills and Attributes required:

• Previous phone-based customer service experience and coordination experience.
• Strong administration skills.
• Solid Computer skills – intermediate level in MS Office applications.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, manage high volumes and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Ability to problem solve and work with demanding customers.
• Delivery focused and solution oriented
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Resilient and able to quickly adapt to change in a fast paced environment.
• Experience in Manufacturing environment would be desirable

Additionally, you will be tech savvy with the ability to pick up new systems and product knowledge quickly.  You will be joining a close knit team so being able to communicate effectively, support your colleagues and have some fun are must haves to be successful in this role.
