Our contact centre in Leeds is at the heart of our business and were looking for customer service advisors to join our digital messaging team.
As well as helping our customers be better with credit, you will show them the benefits of digital servicing, providing support through our web chat and responding to social media reviews.
Providing C5 million customers with responsible access to credit through a range of cards and digital credit solutions for some of the UK’s most loved brands
You will have the opportunity to spend up to 50% of your time working remotely, with the remaining time spent in an award-winning contact centre in Morley which has been thoughtfully designed with collaborative working spaces, free on-site parking, shower facilities and changing rooms, and places to relax with pool tables and table football.
New members that join the team can expect full training from day one and a fantastic development programme, as well as a basic salary of up to £22,000, annual bonus and a competitive benefits package
