We are in search of an Executive Administrative Assistant with experience in the hospitality and events industry to support and assist the General Manager. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day business operations run smoothly. Other duties will include assisting all office personnel and involvement in weddings, events, hotel and restaurant operations. Successful candidate will have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask. Must have qood attention to detail, be a people person, provide excellent customer service, be responsible, goal oriented and organized. Must be computer literate, Quickbooks experience is preferred. Candidate with notary public license a plus. This company is newly renovated and updated. We are looking for someone to join our team and grow with our business. Previous administrative assistant/manager experience necessary. We offer health and dental insurance. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
