Answer all calls, takes messages, and transfers calls to appropriate personnel. Coordinates substitutes and organizes coverage for teaching staff.2. Performs the usual office routines and practices associated with a busy yet productive and smoothly run high school office.3. Maintains sensitive record and information with complete confidentiality.4.
Maintain front door security.5. Communicates and interacts with families on a daily basis.6. Utilizes computer applications software in the performance of daily tasks.7. Assists teachers in preparing instructional material as requested.8.
Keeps financial records and accounts for Rogers High School payables and receivables.9. Performs all other such clerical duties, as the principal, and/or designee may deem appropriate.Physical/Mental Requirements: Walking, stooping, reaching, talking, lifting (10- pound minimum), hearing, standing, kneeling, carrying, fingering/keyboarding, seeing and sitting.Working Conditions: Inside; work with and around others; work alone.Terms of Employment: Full time. Twelve months. Salary and benefits in accordance with Support Staff Contract.
