Quality and Patient Safety Coordinator
In this role, the Coordinator will promote patient safety and high quality care in a free-standing psychiatric facility by implementing, supporting, and monitoring performance improvement programs in collaboration with leadership and clinical teams. You will identify and follow up on opportunities for process improvement; support the activities of quality committees; and collect, analyze, and present performance data. You will be responsible for policy maintenance, and assignments in the areas of incident review, regulatory reporting, and continuous quality improvement.
Preferred Criteria
Master’s degree
1-3 years related experience
Required Criteria
Bachelor’s degree
Proficient with MS-Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, and ability to multi-task
