Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics
The Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics plays a key role within the Contact Center, developing and leading programs related to contact center data and insights on performance including Workforce Management (WFM). This role will be responsible for the development of all reporting and business analytics programs. The role will work with enterprise leaders and the contact center to create a comprehensive analytics program that can provide actionable insights to contact center leaders and drive business value. The role understands the strategic roadmap and value levers of the organization and contact center, and provide data driven insights to influence that roadmap and value drivers. Partnership with analytics resources and collaborate with other teams to ensure that contact center internal and external clients receive relevant reporting and understand the value the contact center provides along with opportunities for shared improvement.
Required Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
6+ years of related Analytics experience within Healthcare and/or Operations
Analytical skills working with data to drive insights
Proficient skills in the data structures for customer relationship management (CRM) and electronic health record (EHR) systems, as well as willingness to pick up skills in new areas
Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously is required. Demonstrates ability to think analytically and synthesize complex information
Preferred Criteria:
Experience in a shared service and/or contact center environment
Experience working with Salesforce and/or Epic
