Your new role as an Executive Assistant:

You will be the CEO’s right-hand person managing high-end value clients and customers, book international travel, write RFP’s, oversee the calendar, report on the sales pipeline/projections through Salesforce and handle all communication with expert precision.

What it takes to be successful:

• Ability to work with an even temperament in a fast-paced demanding role
• Must be flexible including availability during the early and late hours
• Expert communicator with precision written, copywriting, editing and verbal skills
• A passion for online marketing, product development, and production
• Creation of Standard Operating Procedures

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
• 5+ years’ experience as a high-level Executive Assistant | Personal Assistant on an international level
• Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook), Salesforce, Asana, Google Doc/WIKI, and WhatsApp
• Fast touch-typist
• Results-driven, highly organized, reliable, excellent listener, multi-tasker and loyal
