As a Customer Service Agent you`ll have to: communicate with our clients in a positive and respectful way, be able to help your team-mates with their issues and make up daily reports on your working progress.

We want you to work full-time or part-time in the USA. It is a remote position with a permanent contract of a renewable type.

Our team is looking for someone with empathy and good communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to avoid conflicts of any kind and a basic knowledge of the Blockchain and Bitcoin nature (and other cryptocurrency).
