Amazing opportunity for an Administration Assistant. The company has gone through a period of huge growth and therefore the environment is fast paced and ever changing.We are looking for candidates with impeccable organisation skills and previous experience in this role.

Duties will include:

• Conducting interviews hiring suitable presenters
• Sourcing Candidates in and around event locations
• Communicating all arrangements to both candidates and clients
• Ensuring all staff are compliant with training and certifications
• Maintaining spreadsheets
• Helping with customer queries
• Sourcing Venues
• Helping with general office work
• Packing and posting packahes
• Creating and formatting documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Booking drivers and vehicles to deliver kit

The successful candidate for this role will:

• Have excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills
• Be calm under pressure and be able to meet deadlines set
• Have good problem solving skills
• Have a proactive approach with ability to use own initiative
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels
• Be an enthusiastic self-starter
• Excellent MS Office skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks
• Confidentiality essential

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £9.50-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
