Role : Mental Health Recruiter

Duration : 12 Months Contract

They will focus on Mental Health Professionals & Psychologists/Psychiatrists. Preference is someone in PST or MST but open to CST also for the right person.

Remote-based role in Western U.S. or Midwest. U.S. High volume, multi-site, multi-state Healthcare Recruiting required.

Education:

• College degree in Human Resources, business, sales, or closely related field preferred

Experience:

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in full-service recruitment required
• Previous healthcare recruiting experience preferred
• Previous experience in recruiting for corrections a plus
• Previous agency recruitment experience a plus

• Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies. Assist in establishing best practice recruitment efforts and adjust recruitment strategy as needed.
• Using all resources available, source candidates to meet client needs.
• Conduct telephone and personal interviews with candidates for employment.
• Work with sites to manage and update applicant database/tracking system (ATS) to maintain records, reports and logs pertaining to applicant flow, interviews conducted and staffing.
• Conduct employment verifications, reference checks and assist with coordinating background investigations when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Mental health Recruiting: 4 years (Preferred)
• Psychologists/Psychiatrists: 2 years (Preferred)
