Due to Nextiva’s rapid growth, our Technical Recruiting Team needs to operating strategically to attract, deliver, and retain top diverse, technical talent. In this role you’ll be responsible for – but not limited to – managing the end to end candidate experience for Product & Engineering talent for the organization. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Manages candidate care and experience throughout the recruitment processes
• 3rd Party vendor / agency management as necessary
• Represent the Nextiva Technology brand, both internally and externally
• Collaborate with Employer Brand, Talent Acquisition & Technology Experience (TechEx) to create creative campaigns to establish Nextiva as a top tech talent brand
• Ensures all interviews are scheduled & confirmed in an accurate and timely manner to ensure positive candidate experience
• Ongoing communications with candidate and hiring managers to ensure appropriate responses, updates and other needed communications. Communications may be via phone, video, face to face or written
• Coordinates with hiring manager, as needed, to provide feedback and updates on status of staffing activity (Reporting)
• Document, track and maintain applicant tracking records
• Provides administrative support such as creation of documents, and updating of TA reporting
• Assist the People team with special projects and tasks as needed
• Coordinates and assists with college recruitment fairs and other external recruiting events

Education and Experience:

• 1+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and/or Marketing
• 2+ years in a Professional office environment
• Experience supporting Technology a plus
• Experience with vendors, agencies and/or MSP a plus
• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus of providing timely responses to candidate inquiries
• Microsoft office Skills (Outlook, Word, OneNote, light Excel and light PowerPoint)
• Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking System experience preferred

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a “can-do” attitude and diplomatic approach
• Strong communications skills (verbal/written)
• Professionalism, customer focus, reliability, team player, effective problem solver
• Experience managing time and prioritizing competing projects in collaboration with others
