Nexus Business Solutions Hiring for Off-Hours Office Assistant Job at Kalamazoo, MI Full Time

Looking for some extra money? We are looking for a highly detailed person to help us a few hours a week in the evenings to set up for and clean up after meetings in our office space.

Responsilbities include:

Clean and Prepare for in-office scheduled sessions
Clean up includes: Clean delivered food containers, wash/load dishes, coffee pot, run dishwasher, clean all areas used in sessions. Take out recyclables and trash. Refresh all areas used.
Restock: all consumables and refill water bottles
Clean and vacuum all areas in session rooms
Prep for next day session: set up room configuration for the number of guests attending that session, set out lunch menus, breakfast and fresh fruit set up and material needed for the next day’s session.
All sessions and dates scheduled will be communicated weekly.
Schedule: between 6:00-8:00 pm, approximately 3-4 days per week: Monday through Friday.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $14.00 – $20.00 per hour
