Summary: Nexus Property Management is looking for a qualified APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN. Flexible schedule. Pay varies between$18.00 to $40.00 per hour. Opportunity to flat rate skilled jobs. Job Duties Include: Painting Cleaning Debris Removal Light Plumbing/Electrical Light Carpentry Drywall Flooring/Carpeting HVAC REQUIREMENTS: Customer Service Skills: 2 years Carpentry/Painting: 2 years Plumbing/Electrical: 2 years Driver’s License Van/Pickup Truck Own Tools Snowplowing capabilities a plus Must be a self-starter as you work with little supervision, managing your own time.
