This position is to lead the operational functions and systems of the company. This is a wide-ranging role that will require high level management skills and people management competencies. The key responsibility and oversight of the role is to ensure the Ngāti Kahu group is compliant with all aspects of legal and regulatory controls.

Qualifications
– A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, including Human Resources or related discipline is desirable, or relevant experience.
– Knowledge and experience
– Excellent customer focus – meeting customer needs
– Knowledge and understanding of organisational structures, HR operational policies and procedures,
human resource systems (Bamboo HR), office and administration procedures and project coordination

– Is well organised and able to meet challenging deadlines
– Displays the ability to undertake, prioritise and complete a range of tasks
– Receptive to new ideas; willing and able to adjust to changing demands the circumstances and preppared to undertake a range of tasks where appropriate
