BID Coordinator

Due to the success and growth of our company our portfolio of projects has increased significantly. We now wish to capitalise on this success and build on our ambition by expanding our Environment and Planning Team based in Dublin.

The Role:

The role will be based within the Bid Team and will involve supporting the team in the co-ordination and production of accurate and timely proposals, both within domestic and international markets. The role may also include a range of marketing and general administrative duties. The Bids Administrator will report to the Bids Team Leader.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• To assist in the management of the end-to-end tender process from inception through to post-tender interview/clarifications
• To assist in the preparation, compiling and managing the submission of pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQ’s), Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) documentation and Invitations to Tenders (ITT’s)
• To communicate with all relevant parties ensuring they understand clear and concise tender deliverables and deadlines where required, to attend ongoing tender status review meetings
• To work closely with the Bids Team Leader to ensure Document Management System, Bid Libraries, and management of KPI information is maintained and continuously updated
• To assist teams in a range of sales, marketing and administrative duties including preparation of presentations, literature, and electronic tender files.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Proven track record in the role as a Bid/Tender Coordinator/Administrator
• Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with high levels of perseverance
• Ability to work on own initiative or within a team
• Must have a high level of attention and eye for detail
• Excellent planner with strong organisational skills
• Excellent IT skills including high level of knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Use of InDesign/Adobe Create Suite an Advantage
