We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Customer Service Coordinator to work in our Wiri Warehouse. The working hours of this role are Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM.

About You:

• You will have a valid forklift license. Reach truck experience and LO an advantage.
• You will have experience with manual handling and safe work practices essential
• You will have excellent communication skills
• You will have previous experience in a similar customer service and warehouse position

About the Role:

Service Duties:

• Review Service Calls Status and direct calls to the escalation team if required
• Order and follow up on replacement from suppliers
• Answer and action incoming calls & inquiries from local customers and from stores
• Check technician’s service run for the following day to make sure all parts are ready
• Unpack and check any replacement lounges/parts and report any issues to the Warehouse Manager.
• Closeout service calls in a timely manner
• Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory
• Process contractor accounts
• Liaise with Call Centre Operators in relation to deliveries, customer collections and service calls.

Warehouse Duties:

• Process banking from the previous day.
• General warehouse duties as required
• Assist in container unloads
• Confirm and liaise with customers in relation to customer pick-ups for the day.
• Organise delivery runs for our trucks (when required).
