We are seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager to join our team at our Wairau Park Showroom. This is a permanent full-time opportunity working across five days including weekends.

We want to hear from you if you:

• Have a proven sales track record and have completed sales training to become a true sales professional
• Have assistant management experience
• Are a top-level sales professional, not an order taker
• Motivated to close sales with a strong desire to earn commission
• Are able to work on weekends and enjoy time off during the week.
• Have a desire to train and develop a team.

Your role is about:

• Supporting the showroom manager to ensure the smooth operation of the showroom
• Training and developing of new staff
• Maximising sales opportunities through excellent customer service and selling.
• Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers’ home furnishing needs.
• Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, and maintaining strong customer relationships to close more sales.
