• Collaborating with investors and quantitative researchers to leverage technical skills for critical commercial outcomes.
• Designing, developing, and deploying software solutions across the firm.
• Collaborating with business leaders to define priorities and deliver customized solutions.
• Structured learning on technical and quantitative skills.
• Development under the direct sponsorship of from quantitative development and C-level leadership.

Skills Required:

• Critical thinking skills to analyze and solve problems effectively.
• Technical acumen is essential, but commercial acumen (business understanding) is equally important.
• Adaptability and the ability to iterate without strictly defined specifications.
• 2-12 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Solid computer science fundamentals.
• Highly proficient programming skills in at least one of the following: Python, C++, or Java.
• Proven track record in software design and development.
• Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding and dynamic environment.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline from a respected university.
