The Targeted Communications Specialist, Mexico City, is a Digital Marketer who is passionate about building unbreakable relationships between Members and the Nike brand. What will you work on?

In this role you will be responsible for leading and executing the Targeted Comms channel Marketing vision to transform our brand into the most sophisticated, athlete focused, digital brand in the world. You will bring best-in-class brand and commerce experiences to life for the consumer.

You will:

  • Lead and execute the Geography Targeted Comms strategy in Mexico, orchestrating communications across Email, Native App Push Notifications, SMS/MMS, and local channels.

  • Support the Online to Offline targeted communications offense, emphasizing integration between Digital and Stores.

  • Lead Ad-hoc channel projects and new capabilities (non-campaign, ongoing cadence).

  • Drive audience strategy/optimization/analysis.

  • Drive reporting and learning agendas

  • Lead and execute read & react strategies.[1] [MOU1]

  • Facilitate x-country planning and deployment, Nike Communications Platform capabilities, authoring/ maintenance/reporting, escalation, and troubleshooting.

  • Contribute to weekly exchanges with Global and Territory Targeted Comms teams.

  • In partnership with the Analytics team, understand and apply insights to improve the way we communicate and connect deeper with our existing Nike Members and invite new Members in.

Who will you work with?

In this role you will operate as part of the Consumer Direct Marketing team and will be responsible for leading the implementation of our Targeted Comms Strategy for Mexico. You’ll partner closely with Mexico NDDC (Nike Direct Digital Commerce) Teams and the broader Marketing teams in GEO.

  • 2+ years’ experience in Digital Brand Marketing/Email campaign execution/CRM.

  • Strategic thinker and idea generator, with excellent attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

  • Problem solver with strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Analytical skills to gather business/user insights and apply learnings.

  • Passion for Sport & Youth Culture, with a shared vision to Make Sport a Daily Habit.

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle between projects and priorities.

  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively and effectively with creative teams.

  • Ability to make strategic recommendations, draft presentation decks and contribute to shares with key stakeholders and leaders.
